A Paris pub crawl group meeting inside a bar

What Is a Pub Crawl? Paris Edition

A pub crawl is a hosted social night that moves through several nearby bars before a final club. The goal is not simply to drink as much as possible. A good pub crawl provides a meeting point, an organised route and an easy way for travellers to meet one another.

How this guide was created

This guide combines direct hosting experience, recurring guest questions, booking patterns, guide feedback and official Paris and transport sources. Details are reviewed when the route, offer or local conditions change.

How the Paris edition works

Meet, Drink & Party welcomes the main group at McBrides Bar, 54 rue Saint-Denis, from 21:00. A later 22:00 departure can join by requesting the current location on WhatsApp. The route then visits participating bars on foot before the final nightclub.

  • Stop 1: McBrides
  • Then: selected participating bars
  • Final step: nightclub entry, subject to venue rules

What happens with the shots?

The ticket does not provide unlimited free alcohol. In each participating bar covered by the promotion, purchase your first drink to receive the associated welcome shot. No purchase means no promotional shot. This rule keeps the offer clear for guests and partner venues.

What your ticket is for

Your ticket supports the hosted route, the social organisation, the stated partner benefits and final club entry under the club’s normal conditions. Drinks are not included unless a specific event page says so explicitly.

Who joins?

Guests include solo travellers, friends, couples, students, expats and visitors from many countries. You must be at least 18 and carry valid physical identification. Alcohol is optional.

What to bring

Bring a charged phone, valid physical ID, a payment method and smart-casual clothes suitable for the final club. Eat beforehand, drink water and check the meeting-point page before leaving.

  • Paris has several distinct nightlife districts, so the best plan depends on whether you want cafés, cocktail bars, live music or clubs.
  • Opening times, admission rules and programmes can change. Always check the venue and transport information on the day you go out.
