Data controller
DARDOURI MOHAMED AMINE, trading as Meet, Drink & Party, is the data controller for its own processing. Email: info@meetdrinkandparty.com.
Data we process
Payment card details are entered into the secure checkout supplied by payment and booking providers; Meet, Drink & Party does not need to receive the full card number.
- Identity and contact details supplied with a booking or enquiry.
- Booking details such as product, date, group size, reference, payment status and customer requests.
- Messages exchanged with customer support and any information voluntarily provided.
- Limited technical, security and cookie-preference data generated when the website is used.
Purposes and legal bases
- Performing the booking contract: confirmation, payment status, customer service and delivery of the experience.
- Legal obligations: accounting, tax, fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests: securing the website, handling complaints and improving operations, balanced against visitors’ rights.
- Consent: loading optional third-party booking and social-media technology when consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and service providers
Data is accessed only where necessary by the operator and service providers involved in the booking, hosting, payment, email or technical support. These may include TicketingHub, Hostinger, the payment provider displayed at checkout and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Instagram) when a visitor agrees to load the embedded profile. Relevant details may be shared with guides or venues when necessary to deliver the booked experience, and with authorities where legally required.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is expected to rely on a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Booking and accounting records are retained for the periods required by French law, which may be up to 10 years. Enquiry and complaint correspondence is generally kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs and cookie choices are kept only for a proportionate period.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing info@meetdrinkandparty.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Identity verification may be requested where reasonably necessary.
If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
Age restriction and changes
The experience is only available to adults aged 18 or over. This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change; the date at the top identifies the current version.
Photos and videos during events
Photos and videos may be taken during events to present the Meet, Drink & Party experience.
Subject to applicable law and any required permission, this content may be used and posted for up to five years on our website, promotional materials and official Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X accounts. If a participant is identifiable, express permission specifying the media, purposes and duration is requested before publication; accepting these terms alone does not replace that permission.
Tell the guide or photographer before or during the event if you do not want to appear. You may also request removal at info@meetdrinkandparty.com; we will handle the request as soon as reasonably possible. Images are not sold or transferred to third parties without separate permission.
Audience measurement
With consent, Google Analytics processes limited technical and usage data to understand site performance. The legal basis is consent, which can be withdrawn at any time in Cookie settings.
